The Clubwoman Magazine is the voice of Federation and is a great source of information. Use the GFWC HANDBOOK to educate the membership about the Magazine and the articles it covers.

 

 

GOALS:

1. Use the free club copy of the Clubwoman Magazine as a resource of ideas to build on.  Have a different member take it home and report at the next meeting.

2. Buy a subscription for each Club Officer.

3. Subscribe for each Department Chairman

4. 100% subscription for the club members

5. Send in articles telling of club anniversaries, 50-year gold card members, outstanding programs, etc.

6. REPORT how your club benefited from the use of the Magazine and any increase in the number of subscriptions.

GFWC Clubwoman magazine is the information source for ALL clubwomen. Subscribe today (see link below) to learn about projects, ideas and membership tools that your club can use! Share your volunteer experiences with readers around the world!

 

The magazine features local, state and national news. What better way to keep informed about what is going on in clubs around the country than to read about community service projects in "Club News"?  How can you find out what is happening on Capitol Hill concerning issues of importance to GFWC members? Read "Watching Washington."  What new free and low-cost resources are available?  Find out by reading "Program Updates." By subscribing to GFWC Clubwoman, you'll also receive information on GFWC Conventions and other meetings, and the resolutions and bylaws under consideration.

Let readers around the world learn about your club's successful community-service projects; ideas for recruiting and orienting new members; suggestions for starting new clubs; and your thoughts on GFWC. 

 

Deadlines are February 15, April 15, June 30, August 15, October 15 and December 15.
