It is the job of the Circulation Manager to insure that every GFWC/Ohio Federation of Women’s Clubs per capita member receives her copy of the BUCKEYE MAGAZINE. In order to do this, she maintains a mailing list containing the current name and address for every per capita member in the state. This mailing list is only as good as the addresses provided by the individual clubs. The membership list sent in by the club treasurer is the source of the names and addresses for this mailing list. .
For every BUCKEYE MAGAZINE not delivered to a per capita member, the post office charges GFWC/Ohio Federation of Women’s Clubs SEVENTY-FIVE (75) CENTS. This charge is in addition to the original postage and the expense of printing a copy no one gets. This can get very costly for GFWC/Ohio Federation of Women’s Clubs. .
For this reason, it is imperative that all club treasurers accept the responsibility of keeping GFWC/Ohio Federation of Women’s Clubs informed of any changes in membership, as well as changes of address, as soon as they are known to the club. .
If there is a change in membership (new members or resigned or deceased members),the Treasurer's Sheet and the accompanying Treasurer's Membership List, either typed or Excel Spreadsheet are the reporting forms to be used. .
For a simple change of address, the person’s name and the address change should be sent immediately to the Circulation Manager (check directory for address or send email to davis001@frognet.net.).
